I enjoyed reading some of your articles about tips for parents and raising special needs children. I was wondering how you got started as a special needs advocate. I am a special education teacher looking to make a career change and was thinking about how to get started doing advocacy since job searches come up with more social work positions. Any advice would be wonderful. Thanks.
