“How can I help?”
I hope people who know me now, feel like they can count on me uttering these words at least once a week, if not in most conversations they have with me. I don’t know what I was like when some of you knew me, but I’ve come to realize that helping others achieve their goals, for me, is my life’s work.
If you have a goal, I will support you and seek information to help you achieve it. I’ll roll up my sleeves and do the heavy lifting with you, so that you can achieve more than you would alone.
If you are struggling, I’ll be there.
If you’re sad or worried, I’ll hold your hand or and pat your back while you cry on my shoulder.
I donate to help battered women, hungry children, mamas who have fallen on rough times and just want to give their babies one gift each at Christmas. I fund micro-loans on Kiva to help people improve their businesses or get an education. I work with Court Appointed Special Advocates for kids in the foster system and last year tried to figure out how to host college kids who are out of the foster system, but don’t have anywhere to go for the holidays. Every time I tell my husband, Alex, about something I want to do, he’ll just shake his head and say, “You’ve got a good heart, Rebe Goebel. Okay. Let’s do it.”
I have been so blessed, it makes me itchy to not share what I have or know, that can make someone else’s day a bit easier. So that I can help you blow past that goal and set you sights on a bigger one.
My point in all this is not to tell you how awesome I am, b/c trust me…I still yell at my kids, laugh inappropriately sometimes when someone gets hurt, snap at my husband and selfishly hide the last few pieces of chocolate from my youngest. I still struggle to achieve my own goals.
I’m not perfect or awesome or cool…but I’ve got a big heart and I LOVE people, so I can’t not help others.
If you’ve hung in here until the end of this post and are thinking, “I really want to work on getting healthy” or “I want to do what Rebe does, but I have no idea where to start. I wonder, could she help me?”
The answer is YES! I can and I will. Friends, my help and support is FREE! I want to see you succeed, and help you achieve those goals. I want to get excited texts from you when you drop a size in your clothes or you can run after your kids without having to stop to catch your breath. I KNOW you can do whatever you set your heart and mind to and I want to help!
Message me or comment below if you want information on the accountability groups I run or some one-on-one coaching and let’s not waste another day! My next group starts soon – let’s get going!
xoxo –
